Spurs are going back to the Champions League?

Tottenham Hotspurs are on the right track to get back to the Champions League, where they surely belong.

Last season Spurs did a great job in the Champions League having qualified easily to round robin.

Spurs managed to beat the Italian giants AC Milan at San Siro, and then in the second leg drew 0-0 at White Hart Lane.

Great performance in Europe forced Spurs stay out of Champions League spot in the season 2010/2011.

Harry Rednapp, who is recovering from a heart surgery, decided to make one single goal this season - "the Champions League spot".

Rednapp said before the first game in the Europe League he would give a chance to younger players, and that was the case in almost every match in this competition this season.

That decision surely had an impact on Tottenham's performance. Spurs are playing great, having won 7 from their last 8 encounters in the Premier League. We shouldn't forget that the players like Scot Parker and Emanuel Adebayor (on loan) have strenghten North London based side, and together with Gareth Bale, who is completely recovered from last season's injury, surely are one of the main candidates to book a place in the Champions League at the end of the season.

Bookies all around the world are offering diferent odds if you want to bet on Tottenham to play in the Champions League next season, but all of them are putting Spurs in front of Gunners, who have weakened a lot since Samir Nasri and Sesc Fabregas have left Arsenal. All in all, Tottenham Hotspurs just need to keep playing well as they do at the moment, because they are on the right track to go back to Champions League. The best European competition need a team like Tottenham, who are getting better and better every year.
